The Roving Crows

The Roving Crows will charm you with a funky up-tempo sound which is guaranteed to get you dancing. With roots in traditional Irish music and influences ranging from country to rock and blues the band generates a moving and upbeat experience. Original material is a mix of humour and social statement that reaches and drives the crowd. Whatever your taste in music, with uillann pipes, flute, bagpipes, fiddle, double bass and lead guitar, their unique blend of story and music set to a thumping beat will definitely entertain and get you on your feet!


Banshee

A three-piece acoustic band from the Forest of Dean. Establishe in 2002 Banshee is a favourite for parties, ceilidh, barn dancesand festivals.

With fiddle, guitars, Irish bouzouki, mandolin, flute, button accordion, double bass, banjo, percussion they will have you singing and dancing in no time!


Al Boden and the Organic Hillbillies

Al Boden, the legendary Wyre Forest performer from Bewdley brings his wit and humour to the Onion Fayre. 50 years of showbiz has seen Al playing support to Ken Dodd, the Bachelors and Karl Denver. The set includes comedy songs, skiffle and old time blues.


Electric Fred and his Frenetic Three

Made up of four talented nutcases playing traditional jazz and swing, the quartet has played over 30 years and refuse to take life seriously - great entertainment!


Glebe Chapel Choir

This popular local church choir, made up of members of the congregation, has gone from strength to strength over the past two years. The members ages span five decades and their talent apeals to even more.


The Bubonic Wind Band

Medieval bands are few on the ground but this bunch more than make up for it. Their unique sound and costume has ensured they remain a firm favourite at the Onion Fayre each year.
